All new IQ.Session^® clients, who have purchased our full course and event scheduling system, receive an allowance of SIX technical support incidents in the first year. Thereafter, our AMP includes an allowance for THREE incidents.

IQ.Session CL clients receive EIGHTEEN technical support incidents in the first year.
